Copyright and Usage

1. All Images remain the property of Solomon Gathachi Ngenia (Miles Gallery)
2. The images provided are licensed for internal client use, event documentation only.
3. The images may not be used for marketing, promotional purposes, or redistributed without prior written consent.
4. Licensing for additional uses can be arranged upon request and will incur an additional fee.
5. Each file has been carefully remastered and altered from its original version making work unique.

Cancellation Policy

1. Notice of Cancellation

• Please provide written notice of cancellation before the scheduled event.
• Cancellations made after this period will be subject to the fees outlined below to account for the work and planning already undertaken.

1. Cancellation Fees

• 5 Days Before Event: A full refund of any deposits or payments made.
• 3 Days Before Event: 50% of the total fee will be retained to cover preparation costs.
• Less Than a Day Before the Event: Full payment is required to reflect the allocation of resources and the impact of short-notice cancellations.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable as it ensures your date is reserved and resources are allocated specifically for your event.

1. Rescheduling

• We value flexibility and offer the option to reschedule your event based on availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance, and a rescheduling fee may apply to adjust for changes.

1. Un-avoidable circumstances

• If unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control (extreme weather, government restrictions) affect your event, we’ll work closely with you to reschedule. In such cases, your deposit may be credited toward a future booking.
